Worst con app!
I really need to talk to some who works at this company and not a bot. I received a message stating that I needed to return a vehicle I never rented. There has been several transactions taken from my bank account in between $14 and $15 dollars and it was done multiple times. I never rented a vehicle nor have I authorized to pay that. I had canceled one vehicle as I couldn't figure out how to get a ride to pick it up. I need these amounts refunded
The very worst app i have ever used in my life, they refuse to refund over 300$. the first booking i made thru them, i went to pick up my vehicle and the location they sent me to didnt even EXIST. the second time i booked, because carla wouldnt give me my money back i figured id try one more time. i wastted over 30 on a uber ride too pick up the car, when i got to the location they were so so rude, treated me horribly and HAD NO CARS AVALIBLE! was absolutley the worst experiance. and this damn app still refuses to give me my money back....ughgghh
Very simple to use. I see a lot of "please do everything for me" types of complaints, but the app is very user friendly. My car took like 3 minutes to schedule. No problems whatsoever.
If I could do zero Stars I would worst rental app ever a specifically typed what I need and what I wanted none of it was there the reservation wasn't there 3:00 in the morning I'm walking around freaking LAX because they didn't get it right and there's no way to contact him they say you can open up a ticket but you can't because when you push the button nothing happens no customer service whatsoever
They charge you around 75 dollars. Do not use this app....that money does not go towards your rental car. No point to use this app. Don't waste your time like I did with this app. Rip off. .
DO NOT 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 rent a car from this app it's a scam they set up fake reservations just to take your money then tell you due to their policies they can't offer you a refund I never rented a car from them I was late for work went to pick up the alleged car just for then to tell me I'm not in their system while showing then proof that I spent money to reserve a rental car. You'll never get to rent a car so by all means look somewhere else like turbo they are a real company. This one isn'
Awful experience! I SPECIFICALLY entered a search for rentals with a debit card. 3 different cars with 2 different companies and none would rent with a debit card. Then they refunded in app credit. No sorry I cannot use your app because it now only let's me choose that location and I was told no company will rent at that location without a credit card.
